This policy explains what information Siraj Technical and Logistics Solutions LLC (commercial registration 1454055), trading as Call Naser, collects when you contact us or use our services, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We operate in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Information we collect
When you contact us
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your vehicle details, including make, model and registration documents (mulkiya) you choose to send us
- Your location or address, when you share it so our team can reach you
- The content of your messages to us on WhatsApp, including photos, voice notes and location pins
When you call us
- Your phone number, the number you dialled, and the date, time and length of the call
- Whether the call was answered, and by whom
- Call recordings, where recording is in use for quality and training purposes
We use several different phone numbers across our website, advertising and listings. This lets us understand which channel you came from. The number you dial is recorded alongside your enquiry.
When you use our website
- Pages you visit, the site or advert that referred you, and the date and time
- Advertising identifiers passed in the web address by Google, such as gclid, gbraid and wbraid, and the search term or campaign associated with them
- Which contact buttons you tap, including call and WhatsApp buttons
- Your browser type, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address
When we carry out work
- Service history, inspection reports, photographs of your vehicle, quotations and invoices
- Payment records. We do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our payment providers
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, quote for work, dispatch a team and complete the job
- To contact you about a booking, a quotation, or work in progress
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records
- To handle complaints and warranty claims
- To measure which adverts and channels bring us genuine enquiries, so we do not waste money on advertising that does not work
- To improve our service, including reviewing how quickly and how well we respond
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
- Meta Platforms. When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages pass through WhatsApp and are subject to Meta's own privacy terms
- Google, for advertising measurement and website analytics
- Our technology providers: the services that host our website, our telephone system and our customer database, acting on our instructions
- Subcontractors: recovery and towing partners, and parts suppliers, where needed to complete your job
- Authorities, where we are required to by law
Some of these providers are based outside Oman, so your information may be stored or processed abroad.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and service records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting and warranty obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you
- You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- You can ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- You can ask us not to record your calls
- You can ask us to stop contacting you for marketing at any time

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
