Once the quality inspection is satisfactory, we’ll email you your vehicle report.

Nothing at all, no lights. A flat or dead battery, or a loose terminal. Often fixed in minutes.

Rapid clicking. The battery has some charge, but not enough.
Turns over but will not fire. Fuel or ignition rather than electrical — a fuel pump, spark plugs or a sensor.

How quickly can you reach me?
Tell us where the car is when you call and we will give you a time before we set off.
Do I need a tow truck?
Usually not. Most no-start faults are fixed where the car is. If it does need the garage, we arrange the recovery.
Will a jump start be enough?
Sometimes. If the battery is dead rather than flat, or the alternator is not charging, it will not start again tomorrow — so we test as well as jump.
My car is in a basement car park. Can you still come?
Yes, as long as the van can reach the level. Tell us when you call.
It starts fine in the morning and not in the afternoon. What is that?
Heat-related faults behave like this, and so does a starter motor on its way out. It is worth testing while the fault is present.
